Growing up in a family where tools were as common as toys, I learned early that honest work and quality service aren't just business principles—they're family values. My grandfather built his reputation one HVAC installation at a time, creating his own successful business through dedication and integrity. My father followed suit, establishing his own plumbing company with the same commitment to excellence that defined our family name. By the time I was 10 years old, I was already learning the trade alongside my dad, absorbing not just the technical skills but the deeper understanding of what it means to truly serve your community.

Those early years spent crawling under houses, learning pipe layouts, and watching my father solve complex problems taught me something invaluable: customers deserve honesty, quality work, and fair pricing. But my journey through the industry also showed me something troubling—when I worked as an employee, the system was always set up to be against us as technicians, even from management and owners. I witnessed firsthand how this toxic environment affects both service quality and employee morale.

As soon as I was eligible, I pursued my licenses with determination, earning my Journeyman Plumbing License (#55565) and my Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester License (#BP23492) from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Now, with over 10 years of hands-on experience and a decade of learning from the best, I've launched Plumb Addict Services with a clear mission that goes beyond just serving customers.

I believe clients deserve better than the run-around, hidden fees, and impersonal service that too many larger companies provide. But I also believe that when I grow my team, my employees deserve better too.
